GET SMART

Strider Marathon Training

Featuring performance-based training for the half and full marathon

Coming August 4th

Daily training schedules plus group runs
Tuesday/Thursday/Weekends @ Terry Hershey and Memorial Park

Free to all Houston Striders

SMART (marathon) program participants will need to build up to and maintain 20-30 miles per week for June and July

The first 5 weeks of the SMART Lite (half-marathon) program will help to build weekly mileage with an additional 18 weeks of performance training
